Demo shop – try your EU wallet
This is a demo shop: nothing is sold and nothing is paid. Register and log in with CodeB Wallet or the web wallet instead of a password, see the age check at checkout, and sign the order confirmation in the app.
How to try it – step by step
- Get a wallet. On an Android phone: install CodeB Wallet (beta on Google Play). On an iPhone or a computer: use the CodeB web wallet in your browser – nothing to install.
- Put your personal ID (PID) into the wallet. In the app: open a free CodeB account with your passport or ID card and add your PID – about two minutes. Without a PID you can still log in, but the shop gets no name.
- Register in the shop. Tap Register with my EU wallet above. On the next page choose: on a computer, scan the QR code with CodeB Wallet; on the phone with the app, tap the button that opens the app; or open the web wallet. With the web wallet the sign-in uses the web wallet’s own e-mail credential, so the shop gets no name – type it in Settings.
- Confirm in your wallet. The wallet shows who asks (phone.codeb.io, verified) and what: only your name. Tap Share – you come back to the shop and your name is filled in.
- Shop. Add articles to the cart, try the 18+ article with the (simulated) age check, type an address in Settings and place the demo order.
- Sign the order. Tap Sign with my EU wallet, scan the QR code with CodeB Wallet (or open the app on the phone) and sign – the signed PDF comes back to the shop. Next time, use Log in with my EU wallet – no password.
